How do I return/exchange?

• Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
• Get a confirmation email and pre-paid shipping label sent to your directly (if you select this option)

What items are returnable?

You can return any of your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. To return an item, the following conditions must be met.

• They must be in original condition
• Must be returned with the original packaging & any paperwork

For hygene reasons, earrings are non-refunable/returnable unless faulty.

Are there any charges for return?

We offer flexible return options, return your item via;

• One of our hassle free pre-paid return labels at a cost of £4.49 (deducted from your orders refund)
• Return to our address via your own chosen postal service/courier

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
• If your item is eligable to be returned then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 3-7 working days.
