You can track your order using the following link. PLEASE NOTE: standard deliveries are part tracked on a CRL service (a signed for service). Your parcel tracking will only show updates once the courier attempts a delivery. We also offer fully tracked services if these are required.

If your parcel has not arrived by the expected delivery date, please allow an additional 48 hours before reaching out to our customer service team.


Our returns / exchanges are simple & hassle free. We offer a 60 day Return & Exchange Policy on all orders. You have 30 days to inform us you wish to return an item and a further 30 days to return it. You can return your item with one of our own labels at a cost of £4.45 or ship your product back via your own chosen method.

RETURN NOTES:

  • All items being returned for a refund must be in the same new condition. Your parcel must be returned with all the original paperwork to qualify for a refund.
  • In the rare case your package is delayed or lost, our team will refund this after the couriers specific delivery window has been passed. At this point our team will file a case with the courier & replace or refund your package.
  • Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations if not using one of our own labels.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items unless a item arrives faulty or damaged.
  • When an item is returned please allow 2-3 working days for our team to process the return / exchange. You will receive an email notifying you about the status of the return once our team accept it & also again once a refund or exchange has been processed.
  • Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method.

To claim on your warranty, the original certificate must be sent back with your piece.


Opes Robur also covers the plating of your piece. We use an industry leading 2microns of gold plating on every piece, making them tarnish free & 100% waterproof. Opes Robur will repair or replace any tarnished item for a period of 24months. Normal wear and tear (scuffs, scratches etc) is not covered. Failure to correctly care for your piece (bringing it into contact with harsh chemicals or perfumes) may void this warranty.

  • We ship to the UK & also internationally. All parcels are sent via our delivery partner Royal Mail for a safe and secure delivery.

We dispatch all orders within 24hours. Orders placed before 12pm will most likely be dispatched on the same day.

  • UK - STANDARD - 2-3 DAYS
  • UK - 24HR TRACKED - 1-2 DAYS 
  • UK - SPECIAL DELIVERY - NEXT DAY BEFORE 12PM
  • INTERNATIONAL - INT EXPRESS - 3-5 DAYS

Shipping cost:


We're proud to offer a variety of shipping methods including free standard shipping on all UK orders, and international orders over £65.00. You also have the option to upgrade your delivery to various express services for a small fee.
