Don’t order. Bought a necklace. Got sent a flimsy letter envelope and it was empty. No-one will respond to send me the item I actually paid for. Rip off and don’t expect any customer service so definitely shop elsewhere.

Email reply stated it had been sent , no further responses . No refund , absolute crap

How can I review items that never arrived!?! Nor did you reply to my many messages on every platform you advertised on!
I have purchased from you in the past and 3 out 4 bracelets broken.
I shouldn’t have ordered again but I did and you haven’t failed to disappoint. Stepped it by not sending items ordered.

Do not buy from this company I never received my item or my money back and nobody ever replied to any of my emails ...do not waste your time or money !

I have ordered this necklace in February. Shipment confirmation or tracking number were never sent to me. Support does not reply. Then, suddenly, order got "fulfilled" status. I got cheated and will never order anymore. I frequently order Vitaly steel jewelry and these guys really have excellent service. Opes Robur may unfortunately cheat you.

I ordered this bracelet at the beginning of Feb 24. Have not received it, have tried to use chat function to see where my order is, it just says in progress. Email does not work, no phone number. Looks like I've lost my money.

I have contacted you now 7 times and no reply for my missing bangle in my bundle please can some one get back to me it now getting ridalous

This order was never received. Despite several attempts to follow this up, the only correspondence I receive from the company is to ask me to review the product and to tell me how seriously they take customer service. !!!

Again cannot review something I never received. That’s a bracket and necklace and pair of earrings NEVER received but paid for in full. £70 of my order was missing from an order of £100! Such a disgrace. Many attempts to contact your company to try resolve the matter was futile! Your customer service sucks!!!!

Love my bangle, iv had my own for a year now wear it to shower, bath, sun beds u name it.
Hasn't tarnished at all.
Brought my mum one for her birthday, ans my husband one, they both love. Would highly recommend I would say bare with on delivery time however. They don't arrive in the time frame stated. All 3 of my orders have taken up to 3weeks so please bare this in mind when u order expectlly if there a gift. X

Wish I could review the item, I haven’t received it. Tried to contact numerous times, even on their social media to be ignored- have had to put in a case with my bank to get the money back! Absolutely disgusting
