I ordered what I thought looked like a beautiful chunky bracelet for my daughter. Loved the look of the little charm with the logo on too. What I received wasn’t even the same bracelet as the picture! It basically looks like paper clips joined together, no little cute charm logo on it and as you can see below, it’s a different bracelet altogether which is so flimsy . Sent 3 emails to try and sort my problem to get the correct one, send it back or get a refund. Still waiting on a response two weeks later! Not happy. Would not recommend. Now I’ve been asked to rate my purchase , so hopefully you see this!
Missing item when arrived took 4 days to get a response and then it was Only to say this item was out of stock. Also I paid £9.99 express delivery but it still took 7 days to arrive not good service at all
Love my bangle, iv had my own for a year now wear it to shower, bath, sun beds u name it.

Brought my mum one for her birthday, ans my husband one, they both love. Would highly recommend I would say bare with on delivery time however. They don't arrive in the time frame stated. All 3 of my orders have taken up to 3weeks so please bare this in mind when u order expectlly if there a gift. X

Received as a gift from my wife and I love it. The design is very unique, build quality very good & the personal inscription along the top is a lovey touch. It unscrews by the screw and came with it’s own little screwdriver to put it on and take it off.
I would certainly recommend getting this piece if you’re considering it, you won’t regret it!
I cannot recommend this bracelet enough. When I say the quality is top tier, it really is top tier (think top designer brands). I’ve worn it without removing it for well over a month and as you can see from the picture, it still looks brand new. The engraving quality is also amazing and you can tell it’s been done by someone very skilled.
